We've bought properties many times... but never in the middle of a global pandemic, and buying a place when we we're unable to be in Canada. (we are Canadians who were quarantined in the US). Victoria went above and beyond, sending us walk around videos, gave us insight into the area, showed us similar properties, and walked us through the advantages of each.
